Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa (Avon, IN) is seeking experienced Licensed Estheticians to join our team in a stable and positive environment. Our skincare business is growing, and we are looking for a passionate skincare professional with 2+ years of experience who is committed to providing excellent service.

We handle appointment bookings and supply all necessary materials, allowing you to focus on your clients. Our flexible membership model encourages clients to return monthly.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform 50-minute facials, Microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skincare services
• Help clients achieve skincare goals with appropriate recommendations for services, products, and facial frequency
• Follow local and state licensing and certification laws
• Maintain professional liability insurance
• Understand all spa services and product lines related to esthetician duties
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
• Work well within a team and keep a clean work environment
