Qualifications

• Active Escrow Officer License required.
• Experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate services preferred.
• 2+ years in business development, sales, or relationship management.
• Strong network of industry contacts preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with referral sources (agents, brokers, lenders, builders).
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
• Leverage escrow and title expertise as a client resource.
• Coordinate with internal escrow teams for smooth onboarding.
• Monitor local market trends to inform sales strategy.
• Track sales activity and report on performance metrics.
