Omni Tax Solutions in Broomfield, CO is seeking an Enrolled Agent (Licensed Representative) to develop client relationships and provide customer service and representation by supporting the Client Services team. An EA license is required to qualify.

You will handle communications with taxpayers and taxing authorities, prepare statements of work with oversight, maintain organized client files in Salesforce, and manage your own utilization and A/R status.

Qualifications

• EA license in good standing to practice before the IRS is required.
• Strong understanding of IRS processes and ability to reference IRS policy and code.
• Commitment to ongoing training and self-development; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to negotiate on behalf of clients with IRS and state authorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients with professionalism and ethics on IRS matters.
• Assist teams with preparation of client Statements of Work under supervision.
• Build relationships with clients and taxing authorities through clear communication.
• Manage own 80% utilization and client file A/R status; review progress with Sr. Associate.
• Maintain organized electronic client files and notes in Salesforce.
