Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Valid TN Teaching License is required.
• TN Teaching Permit acceptable if pursuing within three years of hire.
• Special Education endorsement preferred.
• Preferred 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Must attend two-week orientation Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements behavioral objectives by reviewing referral and assessment data.
• Establishes, monitors, and documents goals for individual student needs with treatment team.
• Maintains current school records and confidentiality of student records.
• Ensures line-of-sight supervision and a structured environment to promote student involvement.
