Job summary

WDP & Associates is a nationally recognized consulting engineering firm seeking licensed engineers or architects to lead structural and building enclosure projects across the United States, including historic preservation, forensic investigations, restoration, and new construction.

Ideal candidates will have experience with structural failures, deterioration assessment, and preparation of restoration documents; leadership development and career advancement are offered within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• Licensed Engineer or active Architect registration.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and building enclosure investigations.
• Design repairs and prepare construction documents for restoration.
• Manage field investigations and coordinate travel.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture (advanced degrees are valued but not required)
• Registered Architect or Licensed Engineer
• 3+ years of related experience
• The desire to engage in hands-on field investigations
• Willingness to perform field investigations and travel as project needs require
• Valid driver's license, driving history, and background verifications
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
