WDP & Associates is a nationally recognized consulting engineering firm specializing in structural and building enclosure challenges across the United States. We seek licensed Engineers or Architects to expand leadership skills while working on historic preservation, forensic investigations, restoration, and new construction projects.

You will engage in technical specialization, project management, mentorship, and career advancement within a growing national firm, with a collaborative culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• Registered Architect or Licensed Engineer.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Willingness to perform field investigations and travel as project needs require.
• Valid driver’s license and background verifications.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead field investigations on structural and enclosure issues.
• Prepare construction documents for restoration and renovation projects.
• Assess deterioration, code deficiencies, and safety concerns.
• Contribute to project management and client communications.
• Travel to project sites as required.

• Evaluating structural or architectural failures

• Designing structural and building enclosure repairs

You'll work on projects involving:

• Structural failure investigations
• Building enclosure evaluations
• Historic preservation
• Facade and roofing rehabilitation
• Restoration and renovation design
• Forensic engineering

Requirements
