Altruistic Academy and Altruistic Aesthetics Spa | Skin Wellness in Clearwater, Florida is seeking a Florida-licensed Electrologist experienced in needle electrolysis and laser hair removal to join our growing team. This dual-role lets you mentor students during clinical hours while continuing to treat clients and even build your own clientele, with commission on services and product sales.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida Electrologist license.
• Experience performing needle-type electrolysis.
• Experience performing laser hair removal.
• Knowledge of thermolysis, blend and galvanic electrolysis.
• Strong consultation, skin assessment, and treatment‑planning skills.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with students.
• Patient communicator who enjoys helping others improve.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students performing electrolysis and laser hair removal
• Coach proper electrolysis insertion, probe selection, timing, and treatment technique
• Guide laser consultations, treatment planning, settings, and clinical endpoints
• Reinforce client safety, infection control, documentation, and aftercare
• Provide constructive hands‑on coaching and student skill evaluations
• Help maintain an organized, professional clinical environment
• Optionally provide electrolysis and laser services to private spa clients

Altruistic Academy and Altruistic Aesthetics Spa | Skin Wellness are looking for a Florida-licensed Electrologist experienced in both needle electrolysis and laser hair removal to join our growing team.

This is a unique dual-role position for someone who enjoys performing treatments but is also interested in mentoring the next generation of electrologists and laser professionals.

You do not need to leave clinical practice to become an educator.

During student clinical hours, you'll work alongside our education team supervising and mentoring students. You'll also have the optional opportunity to build your own clientele through Altruistic Aesthetics Spa and earn commission on professional services and product sales.

What You'll Do
