Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Licensed Electricians and Solar Installers at Sunsense Solar in Carbondale, CO.

Qualifications

• Electrical skills - conduit bending, wire pulling, harnessed roof work, climbing, ladder safety, etc.
• Experience in solar panel installation is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• RW/JW electrical license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training preferred

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range – $23-$40/hour, based on experience
• 180-day review with Annual Performance Evaluation
• Earned vacation, personal/sick time, paid holidays
• Tool and Training stipend
