Job summary

ION Solar is seeking Licensed Electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems for solar installations nationwide.

Responsibilities include assembling solar arrays, sealing roof penetrations, diagnosing issues, and documenting paperwork. Candidates must have a valid electrician's license or be enrolled in an apprenticeship, with high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and understand electrical wiring diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience with test meters and electrical testing procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects within policies, time frames, and budgets.
• Maintain high quality and crew safety standards.
• Assemble solar array racking and seal roof penetrations; install related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
• Communicate professionally with customers and document job paperwork.
