This individual will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining our state-of-the-art solar energy systems. Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Licensed Electrician who is self-driven, motivated, and interested in a career in the solar and electric vehicle charging industry. This role will focus on the installation, maintenance, and optimization of solar electric systems and EV chargers from manufacturers including Rivian, Lucid, GM, Ford Lightning, and Tesla Cyber Trucks. Training and certification across our product lines will be provided to help you excel.

Responsibilities

1. Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, inverters, wiring, and other electrical components for commercial and residential settings.
2. Ensure all electrical work complies with code and local regulations.
3. Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to complete projects efficiently.
4. Conduct system inspections, troubleshooting, and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs.
5. Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices, fostering safety and excellence.
6. Maintain detailed records of all installations, services, and repairs.

Qualifications

• Valid Georgia Electrician License or equivalent, or the ability to obtain and pass the Georgia State electrical contractor license.
• Proven experience in the electrical field, with preference for solar PV installation and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
