Job summary

Robinson Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all electrical work in our manufacturing processes, including pulling wire and interpreting blueprints.

This position offers a competitive pay range of $37-$43/hr, with additional shift premiums and great benefits, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Journeyman/Master Electricians.

Qualifications

  • State Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred.
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience (8,000 hours).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.
  • Thorough knowledge of NEC electrical codes.

Responsibilities

  • Pull wire and terminate devices such as receptacles and switches.
  • Work with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment.
  • Execute duties typical of a Commercial/Industrial Construction Electrician.
  • Adhere to safe manufacturing and material handling practices.

Earn a $5,000 sign‑on bonus as a Journeyman/Master Electrician, or a $4,000 sign‑on bonus if you’re not yet licensed at that level.

  • No out-of-pocket costs to be part of the Employee Stock Ownership Retirement Plan.
  • Stability – Work the same schedule at the same location every week.
  • 3/4/5-day work weeks.
PAY RANGE
  • $37-$43/hr.
  • 20% shift premium for 2nd shift.
  • 15% shift premium for weekends (work 36hrs., get paid for 40hrs.).
JOB OVERVIEW

As a Licensed Electrician, you will play a crucial role in all electrical work related to our manufacturing processes. This includes bending conduit, pulling wire, working with control circuitry, and interpreting electrical blueprints. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in commercial and industrial construction electrical work, exhibiting precision, efficiency, and a commitment to safety always.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)
  • Pull wire and terminate devices such as receptacles, switches, motors, and other electrical components.
  • Work with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment in accordance with industry standards.
  • Execute duties typical of a Commercial/Industrial Construction Electrician, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities effectively, managing time efficiently to meet project objectives.
  • Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating effectively with colleagues, offering assistance, and responding positively to feedback.
  • Coach and mentor apprentices on-site and facilitate the growth of others.
  • Adhere to safe manufacturing and material handling practices to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Fulfill additional job duties assigned by the company, remaining flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • State Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience (8,000 hours)

  • Thorough knowledge of NEC electrical codes and proficient conduit bending skills.
  • Experience with panel boards, transformers, and distribution equipment preferred.
  • Experience in industrial electrical work preferred.
  • Medium voltage and electronics experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with fabrication or machining
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have leadership/supervisory responsibilities.
