Qualifications

• Active Iowa license at Journeyman level or higher.
• 6+ years of electrical experience across residential/commercial/service/new construction.
• Strong troubleshooting and code knowledge; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical work from rough-in to final inspection in residential/commercial settings.
• Perform installations, upgrades, repairs, service calls, and troubleshooting with focus on safety and quality.
• Diagnose issues using structured processes and ensure consistent customer experience across jobs.
• Follow NEC, manufacturer requirements, local rules, and company standards.
• Mentor apprentices and support team through coaching and clear communication.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, builders, and colleagues to keep work moving with accountability.
