Job summary

RALCO Electric Inc. in Westport, MA is seeking a licensed electrician to join our team. You will work on diverse projects across residential, commercial and light industrial settings, reading blueprints, wiring, and ensuring NEC compliance.

We value teamwork, safety and a strong work ethic. Qualified candidates hold MA or RI journeyman license, OSHA 10, and a valid driver's license; 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Valid Journeyman's License in MA, RI or preferably both.
• 1+ years of licensed electrician experience.
• Proficient with standard industry tools and techniques.
• Able to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Maintain and store tools and equipment properly.
• Perform all work in compliance with NEC and company standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
• Capability to think critically and perform problem solving.
• Work safely and cooperatively with coworkers, supervisors and outside contractors.
• Ability to work with and lead an apprentice to ensure tasks are completed with quality and efficiency
