Job summary

The role supports the Engineering and Technical Services function and emphasizes safe, proactive maintenance and timely problem solving. The ideal candidate holds a Master Electrician license or equivalent apprenticeship, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
• Master Electrician license or local code compliance required.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to meet physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical and lighting systems in assigned facilities.
• Perform new installations and preventive maintenance per CBRE standards.
• Review maintenance records to create proactive inspection and PM schedules.
• Lead by example and maintain CBRE RISE values.
• Explain complex technical information in clear terms to teammates and clients.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with procedures.
