Qualifications

• On-call availability to respond to emergencies as needed
• Effective communication of policies and procedures to staff
• Develop advanced skills operating tools and equipment such as cherry picker

• Comfortable wearing protective equipment (PPE) as required

Responsabilités

• Isolates defects in wiring, switches, motors and other electrical equipment.
• Operates testing instruments such as ammeter, voltmeter, oscilloscope, and tracer.
• Connects power cables to equipment and installs grounding leads.
• Connects wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment using hand tools.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to local codes.
• Plans new or modified installations to minimize material waste and allow future maintenance.
• Pulls wiring through conduit and follows diagrams/blueprints.
• Works on special projects as needed.
• Maintains licensure, certifications, and health requirements as applicable.
