Job description

Job Summary: Electricians are responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems throughout the property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain electrical, lighting, control systems, and equipment throughout the property, including but not limited to sub-stations, transformers, above and below ground transmissions, panels, ballasts, motors, contactors, and floats.
  2. Ensure timely response, diagnosis, and repair of all assigned systems and equipment.
  3. Adhere to Arc-Flash, PPE, LOTO, and NEC requirements.
  4. Ensure the inspection and safe operation of power tools, ladders, and equipment.
  5. Provide safe, clean, and user-friendly work areas.
  6. Work in a safe and efficient manner.
  7. Maintain fluent and consistent communication with management and relevant departments.
  8. Withstand pressure under potentially stressful or critical conditions.
  9. Report and/or eliminate all unsafe conditions, injuries, and damaged equipment to the appropriate departments.
  10. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and 6-day work weeks if needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, maps, diagrams, and electrical schematics
  • Ability to work in both new and existing construction
  • Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks, including preventative maintenance
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle guest relations positively
  • Soldering, metering, measuring, mathematical, piping, circuit tracing, and mechanical skills
  • Positive and productive leadership skills
  • Must provide own hand tools

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole. Management reserves the right to modify duties as circumstances require.
