Position Summary

Seeking a skilled Electrician to support facility, infrastructure, and research operations at Corteva Agriscience locations on Kauai. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who enjoys a stable work schedule, meaningful work, and the opportunity to contribute to an industry-leading agricultural research organization.

The Electrician will perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in industrial, commercial, laboratory, and agricultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls.
• Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective maintenance on facilities and operational equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Install and maintain lighting, motors, panels, breakers, transformers, and control systems.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Respond to maintenance and operational needs as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform physical maintenance activities.
