Job summary

Gentry Service Group is hiring a Licensed Electrician in Western North Carolina to perform residential retrofit electrical work, install disconnects for A/C systems, and run new circuits for furnaces and air handlers. The role focuses on safe, quality installations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential retrofit electrical work (majority of time).

• Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, full-time (Some flexibility and occasional overtime based on project needs)

What You'll Do

• Perform residential retrofit electrical work (the majority of your time)
• Install air conditioner and heat pump disconnects
• Run new circuits for gas furnaces and air handlers
• Complete panel replacements and generator installations
• Handle miscellaneous electrical projects for residential and some light commercial customers
• Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

What You Need

• Active North Carolina Electrical License
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to physically perform all job functions
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers and teammates

Nice-to-Haves

• 3-5 years of experience in the electrical field
• Generator and electrical panel upgrade experience
