Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced residential electrical technicians to join our contractor network as 1099 contractors. We provide ongoing assignments across multiple states with flexible scheduling and fast payment processing after completed jobs.

Installations, repairs, and troubleshooting are performed in homeowners’ local service areas. Ideal candidates own their electrical tools, have 3+ years of residential experience, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic.
• Must own electrical tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls.
• Preferred: 3+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable using online portals and mobile job systems.
• Ability to transport tools and equipment as needed.
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided).
• Workers’ Compensation coverage preferred where applicable.
• Valid trade license preferred depending on state or local requirements.
