Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced electrical technicians to join our contractor network for residential service, repair, and maintenance work orders. We provide ongoing assignments through established partnerships with homeowners and property management companies across multiple states. Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Diagnose electrical issues and recommend efficient repair solutions
• Follow local electrical codes and all safety requirements
• Maintain communication and submit job updates through the mobile portal
• Complete work professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Manage assigned work orders, timelines, and approved budgets effectively

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
• Must own electrical tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Preferred: 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Valid driver\'s license required
• Comfortable using online portals and mobile job systems
• Ability to transport tools and equipment as needed
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• Workers\' Compensation coverage preferred where applicable
• Valid trade license preferred depending on state or local requirements
