Trade the Jobsite for the Classroom. No Teaching Experience Required!
Are you an experienced electrician who's ready for a change but isn't ready to leave the electrical trade behind?
Tired of long days on jobsites, emergency calls, climbing ladders, and the physical demands of electrical work?
What if you could put your years of experience to work in a completely different way, while enjoying a predictable schedule, competitive salary, and the opportunity to make a real difference?
We're hiring a Full-Time Electrical Instructor and we're looking for experienced electricians who are ready to share their knowledge with the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
No teaching experience? No problem! We provide paid instructor training, established curriculum, and the support you need to succeed.
You bring the electrical experience. We'll teach you how to teach!
As an Electrical Instructor, you'll take your real-world electrical experience into the classroom and hands-on training lab, helping students build the skills they need to succeed in the field.
You won't be developing lesson plans from scratch. We provide structured curriculum, training, and support from an experienced education team.
We're interested in speaking with licensed electricians who take pride in their trade and enjoy helping others learn.
Previous teaching experience is NOT required!
If you've ever trained an apprentice, shown a coworker a better way to complete a job, or enjoyed passing along your electrical knowledge, you may be a great fit for this opportunity.
Stay connected to the trade you know, enjoy a more predictable work schedule, and make a lasting impact on the next generation of electricians.
No education degree. No teaching experience. Just your electrical expertise and a willingness to share it.
