Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers seeks an LPN to deliver compassionate patient care in a clinical setting under supervision of the Medical Director, RN, and Program Director. You will interact directly with patients, support them during difficult times, and help ensure high-quality care in our Naples area clinic.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient contact.
• Experience in a clinical environment is helpful.
• Basic mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Supply and administer medication per physician's order and record dosage in medical record.
• Conduct daily inventory of medication supply.
• Maintain accuracy in daily accounting of meds in inventory.
• Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation if cashier not present.
• Ensure disposal of medical waste per protocol.
• Observe patient demeanor prior to dosing.
• Contact other centers to verify dosages as needed.
• Administer required lab tests and collect data for review by Medical Director or RN.
• Schedule and screen patients to be seen by Medical Director.
• Assist Medical Director in collecting data for history and physical as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient medical paperwork.
• Participate in CARF preparation and state audit process.
• Interface with public and patients by answering phones and greeting visitors.
