Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Active licensure in Nutrition/Dietetics in the State of Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' nutritional status and complete MDS sections.
• Develop, implement, and update nutritional care plans.
• Oversee diet orders and review menu changes for compliance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to align diets with medical conditions and educate residents, families, and staff.
• Perform regular sanitation and safety inspections and participate in facility surveys.
