Job summary

Complete Care in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Dietitian to plan, organize, and direct comprehensive nutritional care for residents in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards. You will assess nutritional status, contribute to care plans, and ensure appropriate textures and menus.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, education for residents and staff, and participation in audits and inspections to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Active Wisconsin licensure in Nutrition/Dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents' nutritional status and complete MDS sections.
• Develop, implement, and update nutritional care plans and monitor weight changes.
• Oversee diet orders and review menu changes for therapeutic modifications and textures.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to align diets with medical conditions and educate residents, families, and staff.
• Perform sanitation and safety inspections and participate in facility surveys and audits.
