Qualifications

• Current Illinois Dental Hygienist license

Responsibilities

• Perform dental hygiene procedures: cleaning, scaling, root planing, and fluoride
• Assess patients' oral health and determine treatment needs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care instructions
• Use digital radiography to support treatment planning
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records
• Collaborate with dentists and team
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
• Pursue ongoing education and training
