Tailwind Pediatric Dentistry-Wayzata & Richfield is seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join both practices, based in Wayzata and Richfield, Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-4:00 pm, for a rewarding pediatric dental career.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Present the patient to the doctor.
• Clean the patient’s teeth.
• Fluoride application.
• Take, expose and develop digital radiographs (bitewings, panoramic).
• Provide hygiene and diet education.
• Assist the dentist during treatment procedures in office or hospital.
• Schedule follow-up exams.
• Review schedule to ensure proper appointments.
• Set-up and tear down dental chairs and operatory rooms.
• Discuss treatment plans with parents.
• Clean and sterilize instruments.
• Lab work.
• Restock supplies in rooms and sterilization area.
• Help decorate office for birthdays and holidays.
• Infection control & maintenance of OSHA guidelines.
