Job description

Find your purpose as a Certified Dental Assistant at our CentraCare Dental Clinic within the Rice Memorial Hospital! In this role, you will be able to be a part of the leading provider of rural healthcare in Minnesota. This is a unique Dental opportunity, allowing you to work in a cozy Dental Clinic setting within a large, integrated hospital facility. You will work with our Dental team to assist in making our patients' experience a safe and enjoyable one. Our team environment is stable and supportive, and we treat our patients like family.

In this position you would provide chair side assistance to dental students, dental therapy students, faculty and/or licensed dental staff in any services rendered to patients. This includes assisting with chair side, laboratory, and x-ray procedures, as well as assigned duties.

Schedule:

  • 72 hours every 2 weeks
  • Monday-Thursday (8AM-4:30PM), Fridays (8AM-1PM)

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $25.22 per hour and increases with experience
    • Pay range: $25.22 - $34.09 per hour
  • $2,500 Hiring Bonus!

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited dental assistant program.
  • New grads are welcome to apply!
  • Licensed by the State of Minnesota.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Note: To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota, and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
