The Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to work directly alongside our doctors and clinical team. This is an opportunity to do meaningful, hands-on clinical work while growing your skills in a practice that truly appreciates your contribution.

What You\'ll Do

• Arrive by 7:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday to prepare operatories, review the day, and participate in our 7:45 a.m. morning huddle so the team is aligned before patients arrive at 8:00 a.m.
• Assist the doctor chairside with a variety of procedures, providing efficient, attentive support while ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for.
• Create accurate, detailed chart notes and documentation that help the team deliver consistent, high-quality care.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments between patients, and participate in sterilization and infection-control protocols to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Pitch in with additional clinical and patient-care tasks as needed to help the team run smoothly and maintain an excellent patient experience.

What Success Looks Like

• Within your first few months, you are independently managing chairside assisting duties, staying one step ahead of the doctor, and keeping the schedule running smoothly.
• Patients consistently feel at ease in your care, and you build strong rapport through clear communication and a calm, friendly presence.
• Treatment rooms are consistently prepared on time, properly stocked, and maintained according to practice standards and protocols.
• You are an active, reliable team member who contributes in morning huddles, communicates clearly with colleagues, and helps create a positive, supportive work environment.
