Salary: Ranging from $30.00-35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent patient care with compassion, clear communication, and personalized attention
- Provide chairside assistance to providers for basic and complex restorative, surgical, endodontic, pediatric, emergency and preventative dental treatment procedures.
-Take dental X-rays in compliance with safety regulations.
-Take accurate dental impressions for various procedures.
-Polish teeth during routine prophies, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to manage patient flow and keep all necessary parties informed
- Track and monitor outside lab cases, ensuring timely communication and updates
- Prepare treatment rooms, patient records, equipment, and instruments for procedures
- Perform lab duties such as pouring models
- Assist in managing the providers’ schedules to optimize appointment times
- Handle office duties including confirming appointments, generating reports, and verifying insurance
- Assist with phone duties as needed, including addressing patient needs and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate and concise electronic patient records
- Ensure work areas and equipment meet OSHA, CDC, and sterilization/infection control standards
- Develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote a team-oriented environment
- Pursue personal professional growth through internal and external training and continuing education
- Utilize time efficiently to support practice revenue objectives
- Follow office policies and demonstrate commitment to excellent service
-Collaborate with hygienists on assisted hygiene tasks, including reviewing patient charts, taking X-rays, polishing, and ensuring accurate chart documentation.
-Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized clinic by disinfecting treatment rooms and high-touch surfaces, sterilizing equipment, properly disposing of waste, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas, including restrooms and waiting rooms, meet hygiene and safety standards.

Education and Certification:
- CPR certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent)
- Customer service experience preferred
