Job summary

Lakeville Modern Dentistry in Lakeville, MN is seeking a full-time LDA to join our privately owned practice. We offer $35-$38/hour plus a $4,000 welcome bonus and monthly team bonuses, with modern equipment and a clear path to professional growth beyond routine duties.

You’ll bring strong clinical skills, capture sharp x-rays, use a digital scanner, and collaborate with doctors on complex cases such as full-mouth rehabs and smile makeovers. This is a hands-on role with real growth.

Qualifications

Full-time | Lakeville, MN | $35-$38/hour + $4,000 welcome bonus + monthly team bonuses | Privately owned, non-corporate dental practice

You didn't get licensed just to pass trays.
