Marksman Security LLC is hiring Unarmed Security Licensed D Flex Officers in the Orlando area and surrounding locations. This on-call position requires coverage across different sites and availability on weekends and holidays.

Officers will be paid $19.00 per hour. Flex officers cover open posts, vacation requests, extra coverage, and call-outs. Flex hours vary based on availability and site needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Security D License is required.
• Must have a valid FL Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving history with no at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills, courteous and professional.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for vacation request, open post, extra coverage, or call outs.
• If a flex officer cannot fill a shift within 4 hours or cannot fill a complete shift after being offered 3 times, disciplinary action may occur.
• May be required to cover openings during major holidays.
