Position Overview

Protocall Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Crisis Counselor to provide remote crisis intervention services in Maryland. This role involves engaging with individuals experiencing emotional distress, assessing risk, and providing appropriate support and referrals.

Qualifications

• MSW, PsyD, PhD, or M.A./M.S. in behavioral health from an accredited program
• Active Maryland license (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or social services

Responsibilities

• Maintain a HIPAA-compliant private workspace

Training & Schedule

Six-week paid virtual training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST. Post-training schedules are developed during onboarding, with flexibility for holidays and weekends.
