Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Provide empathetic support over the phone to individuals in crisis
• Assess risk and document interactions thoroughly
• Offer resources, coping strategies, and safety planning
• Intervene in emergencies when necessary

Training and Schedule

New employees undergo a paid six-week virtual training program, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST. Post-training, schedules are developed in coordination with Protocall’s scheduling team, with flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
