Education, Licensing, and Experience Requirements

• MSW, PsyD, PhD, or M.A./M.S. in behavioral health from an accredited program
• Active professional license in New Hampshire

Role Overview

Provide crisis intervention support via phone, text, or other methods, ensuring confidentiality and employing effective crisis techniques. Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace and have a reliable internet connection. Engage with individuals in distress, assess risks, document interactions, and provide resources and safety planning.

Training and Schedule

Participate in a 6-week paid virtual training program, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST. Post-training, work a schedule coordinated with Protocall's team, including availability on holidays and weekends.
