Role Overview

You will provide empathetic support via phone, text, or other methods, assisting individuals in crisis with professionalism and confidentiality. A strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or related fields is essential, along with experience in crisis support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a HIPAA-compliant private workspace
• Engage and support callers experiencing emotional distress
• Build rapport, assess risk, and document interactions accurately
• Provide resources and develop safety plans
• Intervene during emergencies

Training and Schedule

New employees undergo a paid six-week virtual training program, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST. Post-training, schedules are developed with the scheduling department. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required.
