Education, Licensing, And Experience Requirements

• Education: MSW, PsyD, or PhD in behavioral health OR M.A./M.S. in behavioral health with clinical emphasis from an accredited program (COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE)
• Licensure: Must reside in MD with an active license: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCSW-C
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Behavioral Health or Social Services

Location

• Fully Remote in Maryland

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant private workspace at home
• Engage with individuals over the phone, providing emotional support
• Build rapport and foster client engagement
• Assess and mitigate risk, document accurately
• Provide resources, information, and referrals
• Assist in developing safety plans and coping strategies
• Intervene during emergencies as needed
• Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Training and Schedule

This role begins with a paid six-week virtual training program, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST. Post-training, schedules are developed during onboarding. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required.
