Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Pickaway County, OH, is seeking a full-time licensed counselor or social worker to serve youth and adults in need of behavioral health services. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to resources across southeastern and central Ohio.

Salary ranges from $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 per year, with hourly rates for various licensure levels.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensure requirements defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
• Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
• Broad knowledge of community service systems.
• Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
• Directly provides and coordinates clinical and social services that are problem-focused and build on family and community strengths.
• Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
• Maintains documentation, participates in program evaluation and meetings, and learns local resources.
• Meets billing productivity requirements established by ISBH.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a full‑time licensed counselor or social worker to serve youth and adults in need of behavioral health services. Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community‑minded, forward‑thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well‑being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve southeastern and central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health services.

Salary: $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 per year based on experience. Hourly rates:

• Dependently Licensed: $22.29/hr – $26.82/hr.
• Dependently Licensed, Seeking Independent Licensure: $24.93/hr – $29.20/hr.
• Independently Licensed: $61,174.73–$71,675.95 annually

Essential Functions

• Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
• Directly provides and coordinates clinical and social services that are problem-focused and build on family and community strengths.
• Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
• Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross‑systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
• Meets billing productivity requirements established by ISBH.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
