You will conduct individual and family therapy, assess and formulate treatment plans, and ensure quality client care in compliance with SC licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPC, LMFT, or LISW-CP license in South Carolina.
• Must meet professional licensure requirements for practice in SC.
• Professional licensure compliance and ethical practice required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop diagnostic impressions through client and family interviews to create treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including goals, interventions and success criteria.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct individual and family counseling sessions with clients.
• Document counseling services in medical records and insurance-auditable notes.
• Maintain regular communication with client families and other medical professionals as needed.
• Provide counseling in accordance with LPC/LMFT/LISW-CP ethical standards in South Carolina.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
