Job summary

AllHealth Network’s Harmony Recovery in Estes Park, CO seeks a licensed Counselor to join a residential program serving individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family counseling within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team and adhere to ASAM criteria and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC or equivalent).
• Two years of counseling/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria.
• Experience with CBT/DBT/MI/ACT or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Strong individual and group facilitation skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethics and client confidentiality.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, DSM-5 based diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
• Develop bio-psycho-social assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Lead individual, group, and family counseling sessions including relapse prevention.
• Coordinate care with medical staff and case management, including discharge planning.
• Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
