How You Make a Difference

You're a powerful and positive force who drives our future professionals' growth and provides comprehensive education about the beauty industry and wide range of cosmetology services. You have a hand in each student's development as you share the tips of the trade with them and ensure they're well-prepared for the state board exam. As you answer questions, provide hands-on training, and lead informative classroom sessions, you encourage students to learn new things and refine their skills throughout the program.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Valid Michigan state cosmetology and instructor license
• 3+ years of experience in the cosmetology industry with proficiency in nail care, skin care, and hair cutting, color, and chemical services
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Positive attitude, collaborative skills, and reliability
