We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. With over 1500 locations across the US, all within Senior Living Environments, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Schedule & Requirements

• Part-time, 2-4 days a week (additional days optional)
• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the US (no sponsorship needed)
• 6-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm)

Duties

• Provide haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, roller sets, and more
• Engage with clients to understand needs and offer personalized services
• Upsell products/services to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage social media to promote services and engage the community
• Deliver excellent hospitality in a welcoming environment

Experience & Skills

• Proven cosmetology experience
• Strong guest service skills and rapport building
• Experience with seniors, Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs preferred
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Additional Information

• Follow all safety guidelines per state, federal, and CDC standards
• Must be able to walk, reach, stand for 6 hours, and lift/move 50 lbs.
