We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. We have 1500+ Salon & Spa locations across the US, all located within a Senior Living Environment.

Schedule & Requirements

• Part-time position
• 3 days a week (additional days available upon request)
• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
• 6-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm)

This role requires creativity, technical skill, and relationship-building with clients. As a PS Pro, you will enhance the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. Take your passion and career to the next level, one senior resident at a time.

• 50% commission per service
• Average earnings of $26/hour based on commission structure

Duties

• Provide haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, roller sets, and more
• Engage with clients for personalized service
• Upsell products/services to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage social media to promote services and share transformations
• Deliver excellent hospitality in a welcoming environment

Experience

• Proven cosmetology experience
• Strong guest service skills and rapport building
• Experience with seniors, including those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs, is desirable
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
