We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. With over 1500 locations across the US within Senior Living Environments, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Schedule & Requirements

• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the US (without sponsorship)
• Part-time position, 2-3 days a week (flexible for additional days)
• 6-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm)

Duties

• Provide a range of cosmetology services: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, roller sets
• Engage with clients to understand needs and offer personalized recommendations
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage social media to promote services and engage community
• Deliver exceptional hospitality in a welcoming environment

Experience

• Proven cosmetology experience
• Strong guest service skills, rapport-building
• Experience with seniors, Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs is a plus
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Additional Information

• Follow all safety guidelines per State, Federal, and CDC
• Prioritize safety for team and clients

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, reach, stand for 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch
