We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. With over 1500 locations across the US within Senior Living Environments, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Schedule & Requirements

• Part-time, 2-3 days a week (additional days optional)
• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity and work eligibility in the US (no sponsorship needed)
• 6-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm)

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of cosmetology services including haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, and roller sets
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
• Manage social media for promotion and community engagement
• Deliver excellent hospitality to create a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
• Strong guest service skills and ability to build rapport
• Experience with senior clients, including those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs, is a plus
• Ability to multitask efficiently with attention to detail

Additional Information
