Schedule & Requirements

• Part time
• 2-3 days a week (let us know if you are looking for additional days)
• Valid active Cosmetology in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable and proficient with Nail Services
• Proof of Identity
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US, without sponsorship
• 6 hour shifts (9am-3pm/10am-4pm)

As a salon professional, "PS Pro", you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. • 50% commission per service performed
• In this state, a PS salon professional makes on average the equivalent of $XX per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure.

Duties

• Provide a wide range of cosmetology services which may include, but not limited to: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures and roller sets.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
• Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia and/or special needs desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
