We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Cosmetologist to join our team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. With over 1500 locations across the US within Senior Living Environments, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Schedule & Requirements

• Part-time, 1-4 days a week (no Mondays)
• 6-hour shifts (9am-3pm)
• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity and eligibility to work in the US (no sponsorship needed)

Duties

• Provide a range of cosmetology services (haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, roller sets)
• Understand client needs and offer personalized recommendations
• Upsell products and services
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage social media to promote services and engage with the community
• Deliver excellent hospitality to clients

Experience

• Proven cosmetologist experience
• Strong guest service skills and rapport building
• Experience with senior clients, including those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or special needs, is desirable
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Additional Information

• Follow all safety guidelines per state, federal, and CDC regulations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, reach, stand for 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs., and stoop/kneel/crouch regularly
