Job summary

Resident-Salon-Services is seeking a Resident Hair Specialist (Part-Time – No Weekends or Evenings) to deliver hair services for senior residents in a safe, compassionate setting.

You will perform consultations, haircuts, styling, and chemical services while prioritizing mobility, comfort, and dignity. The role emphasizes empathy, sanitation, and ongoing learning in mature hair techniques.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology License required.
• Minimum of 3 years licensed experience in cosmetology.
• Experience with senior clientele preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations, haircuts, styling, chemical treatments for senior residents.
• Offer gentle, patient care considering mobility and comfort.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Cosmetology License (required).
• Minimum of 3 years' licensed experience in cosmetology.
• Experience working with senior clientele is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in haircutting, styling, and chemical services.
• Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, empathetic demeanor.
