We are looking for a licensed construction materials testing (CMT) engineer to join a well‑established and growing construction services group as an in‑office project manager. Responsibilities include establishing and managing project scopes and budgets, reviewing construction documents at the plans stage, and working with clients and contractors throughout construction to ensure materials meet specifications. In addition, the engineer will be responsible for managing field staff, providing oversight of testing processes, and reviewing all field and lab test data.

This position will have support from and work with administrative staff throughout the project process. The construction services group is well‑established with extensive and diverse backlog, resources, and support with state‑of‑the‑art materials testing labs in both the Tampa and Ft Lauderdale offices. The firm works on a wide range of projects from large and small public sector projects to private sector development and is well positioned to maintain steady growth for many years to come.

The firm sets itself apart with an inclusive, respectful atmosphere that truly values each employee, providing them with the resources and support they need to be successful and the qualifications to compete for and win projects at any level of complexity. Even in past times of uncertainty, the firm has never laid off an employee and presents the engineer with not only stability and job security but also the opportunity to be truly valued as a professional.

The firm offers competitive benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401k. The engineer will be joining an entrepreneurial, family‑friendly company that truly cares for their employees and offers a tremendous amount of flexibility, work‑life balance, and no travel.
