Epic Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in Florida to oversee day-to-day operations of community associations and ensure compliance with Florida Statutes.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office. Salary starts at $60,000 with profit sharing. Office-based environment.

Formación

• Must hold a current Florida CAM license.
• Proven experience in community association management.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes and regulations governing community associations.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily operations of community associations, including budget management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Florida Statutes, including preparing reports and maintaining required documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate and attend board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and providing expert advice on community association management.
• Oversee and coordinate the enforcement of association rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, including financial reports, contracts, and correspondence.
