Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed CNA caregiver to provide personalized and compassionate care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support.
3. Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
4. Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the Care Coordinator.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
6. Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Current CNA certification in Wyoming.
2. Home Health Aide endorsement on a CNA license strongly preferred.
3. Licensed CNAs without a Home Health Aide endorsement are welcome to apply but will be required to complete 16 hours of additional paid training prior to working with clients.
4. Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related field preferred.
5. Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
8. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
9. Ability to pass a background check.
